CT Engagement Photographer | Chelsea and Adam's Old Saybrook Engagement Session

I met Chelsea last year when my niece started playing on the lacrosse team that she coached. I made a point to go to (and photograph!) any of the teams games that I was available for, and it became apparent that Adam, Chelsea’s then boyfriend, was as much of a fixture at those games as I was. Towards the end of the season, we got the awesome news the Chelsea and Adam were engaged, and I was so excited when they asked me to be their photographer!

I began to chat with Chelsea about where they wanted to have their engagement photos taken, and she suggested Harvey’s Beach in Old Saybrook, and said they wanted to include their two pups too (side note — I LOVE shooting portrait sessions with dogs!). I suggested we go to an additional location as well, to get more variety during their session, and we decided on Fenwick Golf Course.

I love that we were able to capture both formal images with Chelsea in that amazing blue dress (not to leave Adam out - he looks pretty dapper too!) as well as more casual images on the beach. Can you say holy gorgeous sunset?!

I can’t wait for their June wedding this year!
